  • DC-DC Telecom Power conversion.

    • DC-DC Telecom Power conversion.
    o Power integrated circuits for telecom DC/DC converters. A technological and application development is presented in the field of power integrated circuits (PIC) for DC/DC power conversion specially designed for <100 W output power telecommunication applications. It consists of a primary side PIC which integrates all the active electronics in such a side, and a low Ron power MOSFET transistor plus a controller-driver IC which manage all the electronic circuitry in the secondary side. Important thermal issues are also given for the proper use of these devices.

    o Requirements and technologies in telecom power systems. The requirements for telecom power systems. The basic configurations of the telecom power system are discussed. The need for high quality power supplies is emphasized. Some techniques to achieve high performance AC-to-DC conversion and DC-to-DC conversion are evaluated and compared.

o Huawei power modules are characterized with high efficiency and high power density. Both our customers and the end users will find the advantages of using Huawei power modules in their systems in terms of product performances and operating cost.   • AC-DC Brick

    o This AC-DC full brick power module series contains three products, covering output voltage 12Vdc, 28Vdc and 48Vdc and an output power 500W. This product line supports a wide range of AC and DC inputs. A base plate can be pasted to the shell or a heat sink can be installed for better heat dissipation. Multiple modules can be paralleled. PMBus and related protection functions are supported. Product’s inherent surge protection meets the IEC/EN61000-4-5 standard. This series is suitable for industrial, communication, wireless devices, testing instrument, LED applications and more.

    o Our AC-DC modules accepts input voltage from 90-Vac to 290Vac with different output voltages for telecom applications. Customer can easily match the output with our DC-DC converters to generate different voltages for non-telecom applications.

  • Rectifier Modules

    The Rectifier Modules is equipped with an input voltage which varies from 85Vac to 300Vac and generates 53.5V for telecom applications. The operating temperature range is -40C Deg to 75 C Deg. Customers can easily match the output with our DC-DC converters to generate different voltages for non-telecom applications.
